Q: I do not see the item I am looking for or the item is not in stock.             

 

A: Call or Email us with the part number you are looking for and if we do not have it we will attempt to find it for you. Add a email 

 Q: Do you have a retail store?

A: We did for many years and in fact started out with a retail surplus store in the 1950’s.  At this point in time we have transitioned to mainly doing business via internet. However if you would like to pick up your purchase, if it is more convenient for you, please call us.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal on all orders. E.L.I. will also extend a line of credit to our valued customers to give you added flexibility in your purchases. Inquire at time of purchase. We also accept wire transfers; contact us for details.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

 A: We can ship national and international via UPS, FedEx, or truck if your purchase is of a large size. We also offer next day shipping if the order is placed before 2pm (Unless otherwise notified).

Q: Can I send a Purchase Order?

 A: Yes, please send purchase orders to Sales@eli.com. Please remember to include information such as contact information, ship to address, bill to address, preferred method of shipping, shipping account information if available, and credit card information.  

Q: Is there a warranty on items purchased?

 A: All refurbished products are sold with a 60 day warranty. All new products are sold with a 1 year warranty.

Q: What is your return policy?

 A: We will make sure the equipment you purchased from E.L.I. meets your expectations or we will refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Q: Are your products tested?

A: Yes, our equipment is 100% tested by our technical staff before being shipped.

Q: Do you repair computer equipment?

A: Yes, our technical staff has many years of experience servicing and supporting sophisticated board- and system-level computer products. ELI offers repair services for Sun Microsystems, Digital equipment VAX, ALPHA and DECserver, HP and many other platforms.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

 A: We are open 6-days a week Monday thru Saturday, beginning at 8 AM EST; accessible 24 hours a day-via phone, fax and Internet.
